Business Analyst
Location: 100 Biddle Avenue, Newark, DE, 19702.
Duties
  • Determine and define project scope and objectives.
  • Analyse, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduling projects.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
  • Created custom macros enabled Alteryx workflows to perform dynamic parsing 156 individual plant data and help generate contribution margin by series level for an automotive giant.
  • Performed data analysis including profiling, modeling, data flow diagrams, data sourcing. Coordinate post-implementation support, including end-user reviews, for modified and new data visualizations.
  • Lead and trained analysts/consultants on dynamic Alteryx workflow creation, automation, macro enabled workflow to handle repeated tasks, standard troubling shooting methods and creating prototypes for standard data manipulation.
Position Requirements
  • Master's degree or a foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Engineering (any) or related field.
Special Requirement
  • Position requires travel/relocation to various unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S with expenses paid by the employer.

Depending on the scope of the project, these implementations could sometimes take days, weeks, months, or years. Software Developer
Location: 100 Biddle Avenue, Newark, DE, 19702
Duties
  • Analyze, design, develop, test and modify computer software applications software or specialized programs.
  • Review and analyze business system and user needs and develop software solutions.
  • Become familiar with the business process and assess business activities performed globally to determine proposed solutions and potential impact.
  • Plan and execute unit tests including technical, functional and integration tests.
  • Prepare related technical documentation and provide user support as needed.
  • Design, build, implement and maintain databases, scripts, views, functions, and procedures individually or as a part of a team to support application software.
  • Assist in documenting system requirements, defining scope and objectives.
  • Work with users to resolve production incidents in a timely manner.
  • Track all coding changes using help desk and version control software.

Computer Programmer

Duties
  • Write and test computer applications and software codes.
  • Collaborate with software developers to code program designs.
  • Implement new and test existing applications and programs.
  • Correct errors in the computer codes and update.
  • Create models and flowcharts of code.
  • Debug and correct faulty lines of code.
  • Update and expand existing programs.
  • Create and update code libraries.
Position Requirements
  • Position requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Applications, Engineering (any) or related field.
